Who we are
Titan Business Machines (“Titan”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through the Titan Partner Programme. For privacy matters, contact partners@titan-business.co.uk.
What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, contact details, company information, and details about your experience, customer base and geographic coverage. If your application progresses, we collect further business, tax and payment details as part of onboarding.
How we use it
We use your data to review and respond to your application, to communicate with you, and — if you become a partner — to manage the partnership and pay commission. We rely on our legitimate interests, your consent, performance of a contract, and legal obligations as appropriate.
Sharing and security
We do not sell your data. We share it only with authorised Titan staff and our service providers who host and support this application under contract. Payment details receive additional protection, including encryption and restricted, audited access.
Your rights
You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise these, contact partners@titan-business.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
